Location: built into a hillside overlooking the Dee valley just outside the town of Llangollen, with wonderful open views across the river towards Llangollen golf course. The area offers much in the way of water sports, especially canoeing and white water rafting, and is world renowned for the International Eisteddfod (music festival) held annually in the town. Telford’s Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, a world heritage site, takes canal boats across the valley, and steam trains still run along the Llangollen railway.

Accommodation: this wonderful top quality house has five bedrooms, (two with juliette balconies to take advantage of the views, master has four-poster bed, and shares en-suite with bunk room, one twin can be linked to form large double), family bathroom, additional ground floor shower room, utility/drying room, kitchen-diner, large lounge with log burner and patio doors to terraced area (small children need to be supervised) and a cosy sitting room with second TV.

Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, phone for incoming calls only, DVD and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included. This is a no smoking property.
