Location: In a secluded residential area in Deganwy, between Llandudno and Conwy, close to the new Quay marina. All village facilities are within walking distance, as is the coastal cycle track, offering a pleasant cycle ride or walk along the estuary. The area has several golf courses within a few minutes’ drive. Easy access to the mountains of Snowdonia and the Isle of Anglesey.

Accommodation: has two bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower over) kitchen and lounge-diner with bay window looking over terraced garden. Facilities include storage heating, washer-dryer, microwave, DVD and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £25. This is a no-smoking property.
