Accommodation:  This newly built family home on three floors has four bedrooms (two with en-suite facilities), family bathroom (bath and separate shower),ground floor cloakroom with WC, kitchen with range cooker and breakfast table, utility, lounge and spacious dining conservatory. All main rooms have views over open countryside.

Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, freezer, basic Sky TV, DVD, phone (incoming only) and garden furniture for enclosed patio area.  Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff.  This is a no smoking property and has a Friday changeover.
