Location: Close to the centre of the village of Llangernyw in an area of outstanding natural beauty, between the coast at Abergele and the Conwy valley towns of Llanrwst and Betws y Coed. A wonderful rural setting with walking from the door and easy access to costal beaches and the mountains of Snowdonia. There is a village shop/post office a 5 minute walk from the house. A small stream runs near the property.

Accommodation: has three bedrooms, bathroom (bath only no shower), kitchen, dining room and lounge, all newly equipped and furnished for 2009.

Facilities include storage heating in all rooms, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, TV, stereo and garden furniture for extensive lawned garden. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £30.
