LOCATION On the edge of the village of Rhosneigr, on the western coast of Anglesey and with direct access to the beach from the garden. Each of the two sandy beaches and the inland lake close to the village are very popular for windsurfing, sailing and kites. The island offers many coastal walks and cycle routes, excellent bird watching and other activities and is in easy driving distance of the mainland and mountains of Snowdonia.

ACCOMMODATION A large  self contained maisonette consisting of the upper two floors of this detached property, with four main bedrooms, a double and twin on the first floor (double with en suite bathroom - bath with shower over) family bathroom (bath with shower over), kitchen, dining hall and spacious lounge with patio doors to large balcony with patio furniture. On the second floor a further double and twin room and a small single bedroom with child's 2'6" bed.  The large garden is shared with owners, with provision made for mutual privacy. Garden furniture is supplied. Facilities in this large property include full central heating, triple glazing, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, combi-microwave and DVD player. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no smoking property.
